Director of Recovery & Personal Training

Dr. Stefanie Pollard, DPT

Stefanie is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, earning her degree from Stony Brook University in 2022, along with a Master of Science in Exercise Science from Long Island University, Brooklyn, and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from SUNY Cortland. She is also a Certified Exercise Specialist in Pregnancy and Postpartum, allowing her to provide highly specialized care across the full continuum of a woman’s life—from early adulthood through midlife and beyond.

Her work is centered on supporting women through the evolving demands of their bodies, with a particular focus on midlife health, longevity, and resilience. Stefanie takes a proactive, informed approach to helping women maintain strength, support bone density, improve pelvic health, and move with confidence through phases such as perimenopause, postpartum recovery, and beyond.

With over five years of experience across both personal training and physical therapy, Stefanie brings a sophisticated and comprehensive clinical lens. Her background in orthopedics, pediatrics, skilled nursing, and acute rehabilitation allows her to seamlessly support clients managing injuries, chronic pain, or simply seeking to feel stronger, more capable, and more at ease in their bodies.

Her approach is rooted in evidence-based practice and delivered through a highly personalized, one-on-one experience. She looks beyond symptoms to identify the root cause, designing thoughtful, results-driven programs that prioritize long-term health, functional strength, and sustainable progress.

Stefanie’s connection to this work is deeply personal. As a former basketball and gymnastics athlete, her own experience with injury and rehabilitation shaped her understanding of both the physical and emotional complexities of healing. This perspective informs the level of care, precision, and empathy she brings to every client relationship.

She believes that true wellness is built over time—through consistency, education, and intentional movement. Her goal is to help women not only recover, but thrive—feeling strong, supported, and confident in their bodies at every stage of life.

Clients often describe working with Stefanie as an elevated, deeply supportive experience—one where they feel seen, understood, and guided with clarity and purpose.

Outside of her clinical work, Stefanie enjoys staying active, spending time outdoors, and maintaining the lifestyle that continues to inspire her passion for movement and longevity.

Personal Trainer

Ron Arboleda

As a NASM-certified personal trainer since 2022, holding advanced certifications in osteoporosis training, golf performance, and balance, I provide a highly specialized approach to strength and movement, focusing distinctly on supporting midlife women through the physiological changes of perimenopause and beyond.

My work is designed to help women build and maintain lean muscle, support bone density, enhance stability, and move with confidence and control. I take a thoughtful, informed approach that prioritizes longevity, ensuring every session contributes not only to how you look and perform today but how you feel and function for years to come.

My foundation in fitness began through jiu-jitsu, where I developed a deep understanding of body mechanics, control, and performance. This experience informs my coaching style, bringing a refined awareness of how the body adapts, responds, and strengthens with the right guidance.

I specialize in developing strength that translates seamlessly into everyday life—improving balance, mobility, and resilience while reducing injury risk. Each program is highly personalized, grounded in functional movement, and designed to meet the body’s evolving needs with precision and care.

My approach is to create an environment where clients feel both safe, challenged, and empowered. The goal is not simply progress, but transformation that is sustainable, empowering, and deeply aligned with long-term health.

Outside of the studio, I continue to train in jiu-jitsu and expand my knowledge in technology and coding—driven by a commitment to continuous growth, precision, and mastery in all areas of life.
